Commercial buildings

Commercial Spaces That Bring Your Brand to Life.

Every business is unique – and its space should be too. Our commercial buildings are more than functional; they are shaped around your needs and guided by your corporate identity. From concept to completion, your CI is the foundation.

Where possible, we enrich it with storytelling, transforming walls and rooms into a narrative that reflects your values and vision. The result is a building that not only houses your business but also strengthens its presence, inspires employees, and engages clients

Basse Manneh -Shops at the road

Mixed-Use Development

Arch&Timber's vision for this mixed-use development in Basse was to create a modern commercial and residential hub that supports the city’s rapid growth and increasing demand for quality urban space.

The design combines six retail shops, a service lounge, public facilities, office spaces, and apartments of various sizes within one functional and sustainable concept. With a spacious backyard prepared for future expansion, the project is designed to grow alongside the city and contribute to the long-term development of Basse.

Gerda's café

Where every cup tells a story

As architects of Gerda’s Café, our vision was to create more than just a café—we wanted to design an intimate coffeehouse experience that reflects the historic charm of Røros while introducing the elegance of classic Viennese café culture.

By carefully expanding and shaping the space in harmony with the UNESCO World Heritage surroundings, we created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with only 22 seats, allowing for personal service and a sense of exclusivity. The design combines timeless materials, cozy proportions, and authentic details to celebrate both local heritage and international coffeehouse tradition.

"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
