As part of nationwide Roads DB Projects and the efforts to modernize the sprawling town of Basse as a strategic hub for trade and other economic activities, the current government has initiated a series of development measures aimed at expanding feeder-road infrastructure in Basse and its surrounding satellite communities in the Upper River Region.

With the concept of a combined commercial and residential building, the developer aims to contribute to the rapid growth of Basse and respond to the steadily increasing demand for both commercial and living space. The building is designed with six retail shops and a service lounge on street level. In addition, two public toilet facilities will be provided, as there is currently a significant lack of such amenities.

On the first floor, two spacious office units with a shared waiting area are planned. Both the first and second floors will also include apartments of various sizes, all managed through the service lounge.

The spacious backyard offers excellent conditions for a second phase of development.
